just barely over its 50,000 mile drive train warranty when the engine started to
sound bad; I had previously had this same problem worked on at a different dealership
in the city where I used to live. Now a major repair was called for; Ken Hanscom
took the issue to Subaru, and they agreed that the repair would be covered under
the warranty, even though strictly speaking they didn't have to. That spoke very

“Mr Lonczynski, or Ski as he prefers is a very personable considerate and straight
forward no-nonsense salesman! He knows the cars, he knows the dealership and most
important he knows what annoys the average customer and avoids that at all costs.
I emailed the dealership about a CR-V. Ski returned my message and had several choices
for me to look at. I went to the dealer and drove away with my new CR-V the same
day. I wanted some dealer accessories installed I bought the day I got the car.
I brought my car back 2 days later for the work. I was given a rental car at NO
charge for the day and picked my car up later that afternoon and it was perfect.
That was the most pleasant experience buying a new car and having it serviced I
ever had! Ski is a gentleman and treated me with respect and honesty. He goes out
of his way to please the customer and is very sincere. Something that some dealerships
in my area have lost sight of! About a month later my daughter needed a new car.
We of course went to see Ski. It was no fluke, he is the genuine article. He treated
my daughter like family. She test drove a new Civic and of course loved it. She
drove away with it about 3 hours later. Another excellent experience, pain less
and stress free. No gimmicks or pressure from Ski. Only the truth; a truly welcomed
concept of selling cars. It simply does not get any easier than that.
I have shared my experience with family and friends and they are impressed. Dealerships
have gotten a not totally underserved reputation lately of being pushy and arrogant
towards customers. It was the first Honda for me and my daughter and we could not

“This is the second Saturn purchase from this dealer. This time it was for a 2008
Sky. I saw the Sky Carbon Edition, liked it, and thought it could be better in Midnight
Blue with the Titanium Stripe. Dealer thought they could do that. They had problems
finding one in the local area, wound up going to Wilmington, NC to get it. Initially,
said there would be a $1100 shipping fee, I said "deal breaker" and bless their
heart, the Manager approved the Sales Rep going to get it if I didn't mind the mileage
added to the car. (Are you kidding?) *sold* They found my car, automatic, Midnight
Blue, and I had to accept it with a spoiler.. oh well... *sold*.
The Salesman, David Kerns, went the extra mile to make the sale. He drove all the
way down to NC to get it, and came back with the top down, and a lobster red head..
(Forgot to wear a cap, with that top down). But he got it for me, when I arrived
to pick it up, he even had the Racing Stripe already on the Car! What a surprise!
My experience with this dealer has been great, and their service has always been
excellent. This is my second car with them; they are always friendly, and happy
to see me. They didn't pressure me for the sale, and went out of their way to find
what I wanted.

“Purchased an Astra in February from Saturn of Glen Burnie. Will Shelley went over
all of my options for purchasing my car, and left no stone unturned. He was delightful
to speak with, and was knowledgeable on every car they sold. It was because of his

After I had made the decision to buy, I had a hard time finding a loan with an acceptable

Friendliness - 5. There was not one time where they didn't have a smile on their
face. They were courteous, kind, and exceptionally friendly. I did not leave with
a smile on my face because of my new car, but because everyone there made sure that
they were has helpful as possible.
Overall Experience - 5. Really, this should be allowed a rank of 10. They were there
every step of the way, answered all of my questions with a smile, and were some
of the most delightful people I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. I will
always return there for any future purchases that may arise, and highly recommend
this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new Saturn.
Price - 5. With Mile One Saturn of Glen Burnie, the price you see on the car, is
the price you end up paying. There is no haggling, and wondering if you got the
